2) DIGITAL PRODUCTS, NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
All products sold on FUPstudio are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.
3) REFUNDS, GENERAL RULE
Because digital files can be downloaded instantly, all sales are generally final once access is granted or a download starts.
This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
4) WHEN WE CAN HELP, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
If something is wrong, contact us at info@fupstudio.com and we’ll do our best to fix it quickly.
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund in cases like:
A) You received a defective or corrupted file and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
B) You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
C) You accidentally purchased the same product twice in the same account and contact us promptly.
5) WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE
Refunds are not provided for:
A) Change of mind after downloading or accessing the files.
B) Lack of compatibility with your device, software, apps, or workflow if the correct file formats were delivered as described.
C) Not knowing how to use the files, import them, or open them (we can still help with guidance).
D) Purchases made using discount codes or promotions, unless required by law.
6) EU DIGITAL CONTENT, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are an EU customer, the right of withdrawal generally does not apply to digital content once the download or access has started, when you requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that you may lose your withdrawal right.
7) HOW TO REQUEST HELP OR A REFUND
Email info@fupstudio.com and include:
A) Your order number
B) The product name
C) A short description of the issue
D) Screenshots if relevant (error messages help a lot)
We typically reply within 48 hours.
8) CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD
If we detect abusive chargebacks, repeated refund attempts, or unauthorized redistribution of files, we may suspend access and refuse future purchases, without affecting any legal rights you may have.
9) POLICY UPDATES
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on the website with the updated date.
