All our Procreate brush packs are delivered as .brushset files, ready to import on iPad. Some products may also include extra files like .png stamps, the product page always lists what’s included.

Procreate brushes work on iPhone with Procreate Pocket, so you can import and use .brushset files there too. On Android, Procreate isn’t available, so our brushes won’t work apart from the PNG files included in some of our bundles.

Once you download the .brushset from Dropbox, the file will be automatically imported in Procreate. If you get stuck, email us and we’ll guide you.

Generally yes, but some features depend on your Procreate version. If a pack doesn’t behave correctly, update Procreate first, then contact us.

All our clothing mockups come in .AI and PNG, so you can use them with major editing tools like Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Photoshop, Canva, and other compatible design apps.

Yes, you have to use the PNG file.

Yes. .AI files import into Canva as a project, so you can edit elements inside Canva. .PNG files also work, but they import as a flat image, so they’re best for quick mockup placement rather than full vector editing.

Make sure you’re using the right software. AI files open in Adobe Illustrator or compatible program. If you’re still blocked, send us a screenshot of the error.
