All orders are delivered online, no physical shipping is involved.

After checkout, your order is available through the email confirmation and your account area. In most cases access is instant, sometimes it can take a few minutes. If you do not see your order within 30 minutes, please contact us and we will sort it out.

There are no shipping fees. Since nothing is shipped, we do not provide tracking numbers or delivery updates from carriers.
